LUKE HAMPTON

This is a new video That we filmed on Sunday. I wanted to shoot something at the Hiawatha. Luke Hampton was in town from Fargo, and with rain in the forecast it made sense to hang out inside. Here's what Luke came up with.

The dog days of summer.

I started this shit at about three in the morning last night. The dudes where asleep and I had just returned from a summer solstice party. The affair had been quite grand. There was a good Fargo crew in attendance and the beer flowed like the Red River in flood stage. All was set for a great night. The menu was to be the feature of the evening, with a large salmon taking center stage. It was a play for all to see. The salmon dancing with fresh asparagus, pickled hearing and stinky cheese. A cold beet and apple salad with the color of a perfect sunset, and the list goes on. The bulk of the day had consisted of sweat and skateboards, and more sweat.

You can never drink enough water!

The dudes had come to skate, and skate we tried, but the man was out in full force this weekend. Whether at a fund raiser for a good cause in a warehouse full of skaters and punks, or just some kids skating in a tennis court. The man was there to crush the fun and bring a little lame down on the day. You see not all people like to have fun. Some people like to be mean and tell people what they can and can't do. That's how they have fun. It's weird. I think it's weird, but A lot of people think that I'm weird....go figure. The fund raiser and the weekend where not lost Though. The plan was merely altered in order to slip through the cracks. Sometimes all you have to do is slip through the cracks.

This is an experiment that was performed under questionable standards and late night loathing. It is meant to give me an outlet for the things i do, and allow me to share them with you. It's a good way to kill the lazy, and the many FREE bud lights that where left in the fridge. What ever bud light, it's FREE!
