I feel that at times there is nothing worse than having only 3 or 4 beers. It is a total waste of time, and actually for me, it's a waste of beer. I'm a drinker. That's a fact. If you don't know me just take my word for it. I have been practicing the art of drinking for many years, and there is one thing that I have learned from those years of abuse.....Nothing is better than being drunk....or wait? Being drunk makes everything better? Either way, booze is fun. It's the only drug that the government says is OK too use in a recreational manner. I want to do my part, and be a good American, so I drink.
I'm getting off the subject a little bit. The point is I need more than just a couple of beers, and by a couple I mean 4. I really just wanted a few more cold ones before that long and lonely bike ride home. That's not a lot to ask... just help a guy out....got any squares? Can u spare me 2 dollars for the shelter?

So, this last Monday, the 21st of June, The Rural Alberta Advantage took the stage at the 7th st entry. Thanks to friends with musical hookups. I was made to feel hip. Having been following these guys and gal for a bit, it was rad to see them live. The true test of any band. I must admit, I have a musical problem. Yes, we all have problems, and we deal with them in our own special little ways. I tend to do things to the limit. Whether it's dancing with the devil or listening to a tape over and over again in my 1985 Chevy blazer until that said tape breaks, changing what I knew forever.....not really. The point I'm trying to make is that I got A hold of the RAA CD Hometowns, and I played the shit out of it. I'm not going to tell you how the drummer reminds of a Drummer in The band Vaz, but a little more dancy/compressy, but fun and fast.(disclaimer, Jeff is the shit, no contest) I wont mention the band signing to Saddle Creek Records . I won't mention the label re releasing Hometowns in July. It wasn't available at the show.....Wow 4 beers, not bad. Here's a bit of stuff from the show. Check them out. In the words of a great. "They will rock your face off."
